BY ROAD
Towards Dubai
If You are moving towards Dubai from Sheikh Zayed Road E11 you have to take exit number 32 from Sheikh zayed road E11 to sarayat street and take first right towards JLT and from third signal before exit of sheikh zayed road take right towards armada towers cluster P.
Towards Abu Dhabi
If You are moving towards Abu Dhabi from Sheikh Zayed Road E11 you have to take exit interchange no 5 from Sheikh zayed road E11 to sarayat street and take first right towards JLT and from third signal before exit of sheikh zayed road take right towards armada towers cluster P.
JLT Residents or Visitors – Cluster A to N
If you are driving from JLT cluster A to N, you don’t need to take exit to sheikh zayed road, you can directly follow the direction towards cluster P which is Inter-link with newly built flyover.

For JLT Residents or Dubai Marina Residents
we are in 20 minutes walk for Dubai Marina Residents, and 5-15 Minutes Walk for JLT Residents from cluster, D,E,F,G,H,I,O,P,Q,R, S,T,U,V,W,X,Y,Z.
BY METRO
From Etisalat ( Green Line )
If you are coming from Etisalat direction you have to take metro towards Greek which is on green line later you have to change metro from Burjuman or Union Station which is inter-link between Red and Green Line, after you have to take Red Line train towards Jabel Ali/DMCC and our nearest station is DAMAC Properties, you have to take exit towards JLT side, we are located in Cluster P.
From Greek ( Green Line )
