Well Man and Woman Package/ Package Instructions
- Your Checkup will take from 2 to 4 hours depending on the package you have chosen and how close
your appointments can be scheduled. - You need to arrive at Armada Medical Center within 15 minutes before the scheduled time for
subscribing to your package and registration. Any Delay in Arrival may delay your appointment and cause
inconvenience. - Payment of the package will be done in advance upon registration by (cash or credit card).
- Blood test: You must come fasting for 12 hours, you can drink ONLY water.
- Follow up visit is scheduled within one week to review your results.
- All blood tests will be done in between your appointments.
- Any extra tests done not listed in the package will be charged separately.
- For any Cancellations/ or rescheduling. Please contact us at least 1 or 2 days in advance.
