This confirms that Armada is truly a world-class provider of health services and a vital player in the UAE healthcare ecosystem. We are proud and humbled to receive the highest status of accreditation: The Diamond Level Accreditation Canada.
For this prestigious award, Accreditation Canada conducted a rigorous assessment in the Armada Surgical Center & Armada Medical Center in February 2022, through comprehensive evaluation procedures related to quality, safety, risk management and ethics of medical and support services, including finance, information technology, human resources, infrastructure and management. This award recognizes that Armada Healthcare has met the highest criteria for world class medical care and services, in accordance with best practice international standards.
The Accreditation Canada is a leading international institution for review and accreditation of hospitals and surgical departments as centers of excellence. The ACI accreditation system includes three levels of status, which are from lowest to highest, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The Diamond level status is dubbed the highest level of accreditation award under the ACI program and awarded to highly committed and quality-oriented organizations that monitor outcomes, use evidence and best practices to improve services.
A not-for-profit organization, the Accreditation Canada offers a globally developed quality assessment program in line with local UAE requirements. The evaluation covers the healthcare organization’s frontline services, practices of values and medical ethics, in addition to the feedback from patients and their families as full partners.
The organization works with providers, policy makers and the public to improve the quality and safety of health and social services for all. More than 1,100 health care and social service organizations, representing over 7,000 sites and services across 5 continents, are experiencing the rewards of being accredited by Accreditation Canada.
Accreditation may take place every 3 years but Armada Surgical Center’s dedication to the continuous improvement of its health services never stops. To provide access to quality healthcare for all we are have now introduced Home Healthcare services and are open 24 hours.
